Dispatch times

All products are handmade. Dispatch times may vary but more than 90% of the orders we receive are dispatched with 24 hours.

We try to ensure that all items for sale in our online shop are in stock. However, due to the nature of our business there may be times when specific products may be sold out and awaiting re-stocking. If for any reason an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as to when it is likely to be dispatched.

Photos and images are shown for illustration purposes and may vary slightly depending on the lighting on the day they were photographed.

Most model vehicles are made to order. If you would like a model of a particular truck, please contact us.

Ordering and Payment

On-line payments are accepted using PayPal. You do not need to have an existing Paypal account in order to purchase from pamodelmaker.com. You can pay with your credit or debit card. After you complete the checkout process, you will be transferred to Paypal's secure servers. This provides a secure encryption between their website and your web browser so you can enter your card details in confidence that they will not be hi-jacked and used for fraudulent purposes.

You will receive confirmation of your order, details that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited.

Payment may also be made by cheque or postal order via post. Your order will be not be shipped until your cheque has cleared. Please note that paying by cheque will result in your order taking longer to ship.
